Job Description And Requirements


We’re looking for a personable professional with a mind for business and an attitude for great customer service to work as a Virtual Customer Support Team Member.

Pay is $8.00 per hour to start and all possibilities for raises are based on performance. The first 90 days are a contracting period, but a full benefits package may be offered afterward. This is a full-time contract position with the opportunity to become a full-time employee with BENEFITS. Medical, dental, vision, vacation time… real benefits for real work.

We offer flexible scheduling, and we prefer someone who would like to spread out their working time - early birds, night owls and everything in between.

Our customers receive a 24-hour turnaround on all their emails or calls, so we also need coverage on WEEKENDS.

We are looking for full-time help and we stay in contact with all team members throughout the day; good communication is essential for our growth here as well as yours. Going the extra mile does not go unrewarded.

Tasks include:
